Dear Sir

My actual Date of birth is 11-11-1991 but in ssc marks card, leaving certificate and all my document DOB is 11-07-1991.If i applied for the passport DOB issue will comes because i issued DOB certificate from municipal corporation have DOB as 11-11-1991. Due to DOB difference i am not able get my passport. Can give me advice how i can over come this problem?

your date of birth has rightly mentioned in your birth certificate . how can you change your birth certificate when it reflects your actual DOB

how can you say that your date of birth is diffrent?
is there any dob certificate issue by any authority?

if you have documents issued from hospital stating that you actual date of birth then you can

Hospital record of birth is the best evidence of actual date of birth so the record should be got corrected accordingly by way of a civil suit.
