Industrial property is part of intellectual
property.

Intellectual property is the product of human ingenuity, knowledge, and skills.

IP can be divided into two branches :
1. Copyright
2. Industrial property
See : Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property (Article 1 (3))
example : Patents, Industrial Designs etc.
