hello sir,I am manoj more sir I was appointed as an electrician in 512 army base workshop and while I was serving I was selected as chargeman under direct recruitment.when I selected as a chargeman I have submitted my technical resignation.
when I was electrician my last basic was 10500+2400 GP.PB(5200-20200+2400GP.).now my pay band is(9300-34800+4200GP)my query is what is my pay fixation

submit an application to the appointing authority for stepping of your pay. if rules permitted in the department, your request will be considered.

Are both the employments in Civilian Posts?

yes sir both employment in civilian post,but PCDA Bangalore not consider my case and PCDA Bangalore said your last basic was 10500+2400 GP=12900 and now your basic is 9300+4200 GP=13500 so you got 600 Rs. more than last basic. my question is ,is this the right?
