Pay protection in bank

if i get a pay fixation in State Bank of India, then will my Dearness allowance be stopped, though my pay is not fully protected by bank. I have told several times to the bank that as per 2003 Circular of the State Bank of India, it is clear that ,' pay should be fully protected- then DA May be stopped'. Kindly clarify the govt order on the pay protection matter.

NO. NOT PROTECTED FULLY.
AS PER LAST PAY CERTIFICATE FROM DEFENCE:
BASIC:- 8630.00 Rs
DA :- 662.00 Rs.
GCB :- 120.00 Rs.
GRADE PAY:- 2400.00 Rs.
MSP :- 2000.00 RS. AND OTHER DIFFERENT ALLOWANCES.
BUT BANK IS ONLY TAKING CONSIDERATION FOR : BASIC, DA. GCB AND GRADE PAY. TOTAL IS 11812.00 Rs.

There are some experts in Bank Unions to deal this type of matters. You can also consult your contemporaries from joined in the Bank from defence.
