Dear Experts Kindly provide the clause or provision in guidelines for availing the basic pay protection for Term basis served employee with 10 years terms appointment (5yrs + 5yrs) in one CPSU and joined with proper NOC & proper resignation from previous organization to new CPSU. In my previous organization i was confirmed from probation for one level and regular promotion with probation period completed. If you were permitted to have technical resignation and if the CPSU has the provisions for pay protection as DOPT OM in this regard then you are eligible for it.

If you are falling under the eligibility for the said pay protection as per DOPT OM you can submit a representation to this effect. You can clarify the details from your HR department in furtherance.

To my knowledge and understanding, Public Sector Undertaking have the autonomy as to formulating and implementing. As such, any suggestion to your query depends upon the norms of the CPSU you are presently employed.
