Pay protectiona and countin of past service

(Querist) 09 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
Sir, I was a central govt employee recruited by Staff Selection Commission. I applied for the same post advertised by Staff Selection Commission and I was selected. SSC then nominated me to BSNL asking me to submit a declaration of willingness to join BSNL, a Corporation, but in the same pay scale and also in the same cadre. I had given my willingness and joined BSNL. Now, BSNL is not counting the past service, giving me the pay protection. It says that those who join BSNL will be direct recruitees and for such persons no pay protection will be given. But, in essence BSNL was not at all in the picture of my recruitment through SSC. In addition, the then DoT indicated the vacancies for the exam that I had written. By the time my nomination was sent, it became BSNL. .. In this regard I request you to suggest me a suitable measure through which I can get benefitted. Thank you very much for your advice Sir.

The Service Rules would determine your pay package. File case before the CAT anyway.

BSNL was formed during the year 2001 and you have awoke only after a very short period of 12 years. Thanks for your care towards your service conditions.

There is no remedy for you at such belated stage.
