Payment of subsistence allowance

subsistence allowance is denied to an employee after 90 days though he is governed by standing order under industrial dispute act 1947 and as well as specific instructions are there for making payment of the same.action to be taken to get the same may be suggested besides teaching a lesson for the unfair lab our activity of the employer

Such employee can raise this issue before the enquiry officer. The entire benefit of denial of right to live shall in favour of delinquent employee at all stages if employer keeps on his current behaviour as told.
