pecuniary jurisdiction

good evening experts,

can anyone provide me the chart of pecuniary jurisdiction??i mean according to pecuniary valuation which court has jurisdiction to hear a particular case???

Pecuniary jurisdiction only for civil courts.. Depends upon the suit valuation its will be decided the court.. Upto one lakh-before the district munsif, one to ten lakhs before subordinate judges, above ten lakhs-before district judge..

For your kind information, beforely the subordinate court's jurisdiction was 1 to 5 lakhs only. By the recent amendment its increased upto ten lakhs..
