Sir,
I was talking to district court lawyers and they were telling that every year high court sends a list of pending cases (based on seniority) to the district court to be solved.
1) I would like to know is it true? if yes pls advise me can we check our case status in high court website so that we can get brief idea and also can we check the update status like when was last hearing and next hearing and what happended in proceedings??
I know we can ask lawyer but same can be accesed on net by knowing the case number.
2) If part of property is sold and family approaches court on the entire property (including the sold part) can the court immediatly dosenot issue newspaper notification stating the concerned property is under judicial probe and cannot be sold or to stop construction immediatly until judgement given????
3) where is the link between land registration office and judicial office. I mean to say that if any person is buying a flat/plot he should get info like "no legal dispute" or "pending under district court" and if any thing like that the registration to be stopped immediatly??

I am afraid the Querist seeks to ascertain pendency status of some matter before the Dist. court. High court Website will not be having info. of such pending cases. It can be ascertained from the particular Dist. court only.
