It will not affect Pension.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 February 2012
Merely registration of FIR is no ground to stop the pension but if it is proved that the pension was based upon some fraud then definitely such action can be taken by State Govt.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 01 February 2012
You queyr is not propertly worded. It apepars that you father is Gov tpensioner and falsely implicated n criminatl case adn you are worried about the prospects of pension. Pension is subject to future good conduct. There can be no effect on pensin on trial. But if convicted take it the person who has implicated him will also inform the departmentof the conviction and pension forefeiture proceedings can follow.
