Final hearing matter W.P 8728 of 2004 in court no 54
Respected experts I am handling my professor pension case for which I need ur expertise in order that he come out of the matter as a winner.
He is a person who is very rare in this humanity with respect to dedication , unique style of teaching by which even a dumb student can score distinction , always lived on theory of karma Amd many more to say.
The total no of years of service is 24 years 1 month and 7 days in gov. And grant aid college plus 5 years 11 month and 26 days in non grant in aid college but the only ineligible part is that he has resigned instead of retired and that to because of genuine reasons

Are you really a lawyer?
You have registered at the LCI, just today. Your profile also does not speak of you to be a lawyer or having any experience in law.
Normally, law students are in the habit of registering fresh every time with their new profile, when questioned about their academic queries. Also, only law students seek help by asking for copies of judgments/ case laws, not the lawyers.
Even if you are a lawyer and the professor is your client, as a lawyer, can you please tell, if a judge has the power to relax the provisions of statutory rules on the criteria of anyone being a very rare in his humanity or living on theory of karma, unless the rules are declared unconstitutional by the competent court of law?
Moreover, being a lawyer, with what specific reason do you believe that other should do your home work for the time consuming job of search of your desired judgments.
Also can you please give his abckground history in chronological order in berief about his entry in Gov. service, resignation, reason for resignation quoted in his resignation letter, event of taking up case for pension, rejection of case, etc.?
