In the year 1990 permanent injunction compromised decree order passed by court for property but till date defendant not executed sale deed in favor of plaintiff and defendant argued to plaintiff your permanent injunction compromised decree not valid after 30 years and he told that decree valid only for 12 years. this case plaintiff which action to be taken?
