Dear Member,
Kindly guide me in the following matter. I have filed a Civil Case for Permanent Injunction. The respondents Lawyers try to delay the case and from the date of filing suit, the written statement and no documentary evidence in support of their pleadings been produced. Irrelevant Judicial Precedent is produced in each hearing. Sometimes there Lawyers appear in Court once in three months or sometimes remain absent. We had requested the judge not to delay further but judge is adjourning the date of hearing . Kindly suggest me what can be the remedy for pressuring the Judge to hear the case and sentence order in single hearing.. Pls guide?

You can go to high court under FOR DIRECTION UPON THE TRIAL COURT FOR EXPEDITIOUS HEARING OF THE CASE.

You cannot pressurise the judge, however, take objections on every adjournment application moved by the other party and if they remain absent then, press for the next step as per the stage of the suit.
