Permission for going abroad

Dear Sir I am on anticipatory bail for the last more than 8 months against false case of 498A, 406 & 34 subject to the condition of leaving India with the permission of the court....Can any of the respected sir let me know the procedure for the same as I am thinking of going abroad for approx 1 month....???

You have to take permission from the court which granted you the anticipatory bail.
Move petition for relaxation of bail, it would be granted.

Your lawyer shall have to move a specific application to the trial court seeking the desired permission.
