Person attacking on business concern demanding money

I am running business of money lending along with jewellery from past several year a person near by our business location is trying to afraid me and taking away the money.can i get complaint failed against in general to get protection to my life and property I don't want to mention his name in complaint and can i take on him while he come to shop and harass me in difence of my self and business please guide me so that apart from me others also get benefited in these type of case.

If you know the name of the accused person then it is in your interest to mention his name in the complaint and lodge police complaint of ransom and threat to life.
