Person keeps on changing his Signature!

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 31 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts of the forum,

In a case a person's signature is different to what he used / had signed in the year 1965, in comparison to his present signature; How one can prove this fact?

This is necessary to prove a certificate/evidence submitted in court, in a civil matter.

Please help me, for finding out solution to this problem.
Thanking you ALL.

Through requesting for the opinion of handwriting expert.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 31 March 2011
His self declaration is enough. If necessary affidavit can be filed.
Dayananda Gowda (Expert) 31 March 2011
Expert opinion is require and the registered documents may produce before the court for comparison of signature

Dear Mr. Arunagiri,
I think your suggestion is to help the person whose signature is changing.
But the querist wants to know, from the opponent's side, as to how to prove that the signatures are of the same person, who changes his signature periodically.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 01 April 2011
Dear Mr.Ramachandran,

Thanks for pointing out. I rectify my reply as follows:- The expert opinion is required for comparing the signature and also the any official records which bears the signature both old and new can be called for.

I appreciate both Ramachandran and Arunagiri for showing such polite and professional approach and this is the only aim of this site.
