Sir, if some accused not responding a summon or non bailable arrest warrant and caught by police in bailable offence can court send him in jc or by refusing bail specially under offence of section 27 of consumer act.

You had clearly stated it is Non Bailable Warrant.Once the accused is arrested it would be the Consent of Court to decide to grant the bail or not basing on the efficiency of their Advocate.
