Personal loan defaulter

Dear Sir, I took a personal loan from several indian mnc banks in my own name and son and wifes names i was running a construction business in delhi well and suddenly the ceiling law came into action from delhi govt and i got into lot of troubles and stopped paying these loans since 4 years and changed my residence and liquidated whole of my assets, now after 4 years 3 goons from one mnc banks suddenly entered my house forcibly and threatened for recovery of loan, i told them that as on today i am left with only hand to mouth position and left with no assets at all, so u please tell your bank to file a legal proceedings in the matter and put me in jail or the worst they can do they must do but they kept on threatening me and said that they are going to make my mental position worsen in coming days, please let me know whats the maximum extent they can do and bank can do as i was holding a very good track record with banks since last 10 years with these banks and was regularly paying till my business got into trouble.
Please tell me upto what extent these goons sent from banks do and what bank can legally do maximum as i am holding zero assets as on date, moreover what organisation these persons are coming from is J M FINANCIAL SERVICES and i took a loan from HSBC and HSBC after that loan becoming a four year old NPA sold it to J M FINANCIAL NOW. Please tell me anything i can do legally in matter.

i got one more question sir, that my son is a advanced kerotoconus pationt, he is officcially blind as per american norms and cant do much even to earn his own livelihood, do he gets some softer treatment due to that in court ot law or not and secondly my daughter is workint in HSBC itself can she get fired as she got nothing to do with us in the matter please suggest.
