Off course there are so many medias to search but in order to assist and if you know the correct answer and rulings in this regard, please do not hesitate to exchange your intelience with others. No one can say that this section is not for providing sitations. question of searching is a different question.

ADVOCATE BASAVARAJ;
This decision, not to provide citations here to any one , was taken after lots of thoughts and discussions among the EXPERTS.
REASONS:
1]This Expert site is for poor needy persons who cannot afford Lawyers for their personal Legal problems.
2] Advocates wants to make money at our cost: getting help FREE OF COST, and will not discount their client, but fill up their pocket.
3] Advocates do not need it for their personal legal problem, but will use us for commercial use: We do not help to be use by commercial purpose.
4] They will use us for Leg Work/ Like Clerks, not Head work, and help to solve their problem
So this message for all members, not to expect us to search or give ready made citations for their commercial use, and
not to give procedures/ legal formats/ etc..
Otherwise many will misuse this site.
We EXPERTS have to maintain our Dignity..
and guard against those who may misuse us for their personal Monetary gains..
I HOPE I AM CLEAR...
AND I SAY THAT " this section is not for providing sitations. "
WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY CITATIONS/ JUDGEMENT.
IS IT CLEAR. ??
IF YOU CANNOT ADMIT THIS: YOU CAN QUIT..

Personal property purchased by the SC ST can be sold without Govt Permission.
If that property was gifted to the SC ST on any account, Govt permission is needed.

I am also providing my opinion to who are in need of legal help in thss site. I am sorry to say that Mr Shroff is of the opinion that this site is only for poor people who seeks advise. I agree, but the advise must be in support any legal base and opinion is not sufficient. This site is also ment for discussion about the recent laws and exchange of knowledge amongst brothers. we sould not think that if any one proves rulings in support any problems, it may help thounds or people and experts. It does not mean that some one is taking free benifit. if it is in the opinion of lawyers club only then it is ok. but you alone take such decisions because so many even experts may suffer to read such answer. in my opinion, there is no any hurdle cote the rulings in support of their opnion and so many peoples are doing so. one more thing is that no one can advise any one to quite from this site. I hope they will understand the same. if any one not interested to answer to any question, then they must be quite with out answering the for the quarry if they do not know the answer. I hope think this is the site for better understanding about the current legal aspects and give legal opinion

You are practising Advocate since 25 years.
Must know Laws, and help others..
Not ask help , when you can find out citations , and was informed to you from where to find it out, by other experts, as suggested to you: Indiankanoon is one of many sites for searching.

In fact I raise such questions in this media because some body may suffer from the same question. It does not mean that I am searching for any rulings. I know well the answer, but I wanted to exchange my knowledge with my friend experts and to gain new idieas. but the answer given by the experts, i realised that this is not a media for exchange of knowldge. thanks to one and all.

dO NOT ASK IN " academic form"
Simply narrate that your client did.. so & so, and help me to safeguard my client:can I do this " .. & We will reply you. OK
U can send PM Message to any top leading Experts.
Pl do not create image in eyes of our members , on this public platform, that experts and Lawyers themselves are not competent/ or don't know Laws..
Create Bright image as Experts.
Hope it' Clear..

If you know the answer, you need not raise questions and get answers from the other experts.
You can post your opinion and seek the second opinion of other experts. But, as this will be a academic session, many of our experts will refrain from that.
Your intention may be good, but, the platform is not correct.

Dear Experts,
Law is like a Galaxy and it is always expanding. I think as a legal advisor, one can give his own independent opinion on a particular quarry. But another one may take different view on the same issue. I may be wrong to select proper forum. My intention was not to create any imaginary image to other members of the club. I do not want to discuss more on this subjct. If anybody is distrubed I apologe and I will stop herein afterwards to put my qurry or exchange of acadamic legal aspects. So please forget everything. Thank you one and all.
