Pf amount short payment received

I have been in one private organisation for 15 months and I have resigned after completion of 15 months.pf detected from my is Rs.780 per month and employer also paid Rs.780 per month as employer contribution.As per my calculation is total Employee and Employer is 780*2*15=23,400(without interest)
Rs.19,210 only credited as full and final settlements of pf(Employee and Employer share).
I am seeking your advice how can I receive my balance pf amount including interest

This appears to be a case of evasion file a written compplaint before RPFC and seek action under section 7A.

you can file a complaint against the company before the commissioner and demand your remaining money with compensation.

Praveen,
It seems what you have recieved is only Provident Fund contribution with interest. (employee's & employer's share..Rs.780+239=1019 per month).
You have not recieved employer's contribution for pension fund (Rs. 541 per month)
To withdraw your full PF money, you need to fill Form 19 (PF) and Form 10C (Pension).
It seems you have not filled Form 10C. Discuss with your ex HR.

The views given by Mr.Sinha are legally correct. Pl.check up if you had filled Form 19 and 10-C. If yes, pl wait for the second check cheque to come in few days .you may enquire from RPFC on phone/mail.

Dear Mr. Nadeem/Sudhir Kumar(experts),
I dont understand on what basis you are recommending action against the company.
How do you conclude that its company fault or the company has deposited less amount.
It would be better if you experts give reasonable suggesation after understanding the query and the the consequences of your unreasonable suggesation.
