This query is : Resolved
Hi,
It has been over 1YEAR and 5 MONTHS my PF is not yet transferred in my Saving Bank.
I applied for my PF in month of NOVEMBER 2010, My Company "Zee Entertainment Pvt. Ltd." Mumbai confirmed that they have sent the documents to the BANDRA PF office and nothing is pending from there side.
Whenever I check Online about the Status of my claim. It says No Records Found Either Claim is not submitted or Claim is settled / returned before.
Also I have tried so many times to make call on PF office but no response from there side, even they not picking up.
Please guide as what I must do now?
Thanks & Regards,
Akhilesh Sawarkar,

Dear Akhilesh
you should send a RTI application to PF office and ask the question to them. they are bound to give you the full detail and information of your account, you can also ask to them that what is the time limit to settle the matter. according to act there is only minimum time limit not maximum.
Feel free to call

File a RTI application in the PF office. See what they have to say. If U R not satisfied, file a complaint to PF Court.

You may file complaint in consumer dispute redressal forum or file grievance before the Central PF Commissioner/ Add. CPFC (CSD) H.O. New Delhi. Visit website of EPFO.

I will agree with Mr Qureshi and Mr Chanchal Chaudhary. If the rep;y non-receipt of claim in RTI the the company has not submitted the claim and they are liable for prosecution.
I will disagree with Mr Suhai Sidiqui. The is nothing known as PF Court. There is PF Tribunal which is meant for protection of evading employer to appeal against assessement.
I will agree with Mr Chandok to the extnet of filing consumer complaint in which the company and EPFO will be respondents. EPFO (like any Govt organisation) knows how to loose case in consumer court. But I will not much agree to wring to ACC(CSD) as they tend to reproduce steriotype reply reproduced by the RO/SRO whcih will not at all solve his problem.
