I have applied for Pf withdrawal online, but for the same employer need to approve my KYC and enter my date of exit as well. Well in my case same is done by third party person who has hired by my x employer. for the KYC approval, i had waited for 2 years and now when i asking him to enter my date of exit, which he always said that he will do. even after he said i sent my date of leaving my x company. Now he never reverts or takes my call. What should i do??

As regards the advice of Mr. Kumar Doab (a fake name & ID), you may like to ask him, how writing to employer under proper acknowledgement would help you if the requirement of KYC is not fulfilled?

in the KYC as requested i filled my Aadhar number, PAN and bank account. Even i drop email to them and keep sending reminder on whatsapp as well. on whatsapp they do checked my messages. but never revert.

many employers hire such consultants who are not recognized/encouraged by the EPFO.
you may submit complaint to the RPFC.

Vague query with no legal problem for the present.
However, if you feel any problem, instead of asking question here at the LCI and waiting for 2 years, you could better have updated your KYC particulars with your employer, who is supposed to help you, not any of the experts here or even the court of law in the absence of the KYC updation.

I agree with the analyses and advise of expert Mr. PS Dhingra. However, you may also proceed as advised by expert Mr. Jigyasu and Mr. Sudhir Kumar.
Why did you not update your KYC with your "present" employer and submit necessary documents for 2 years? Something fishy with your perception, you are required to correct the same.

are you people serious, I did that when I joined that company so they have my all document but now days its online which u need to fill by urself then company person approve it, but they are not doing it.

We are serious and trying to render you free service sincerely, but you seem to be not serious in describing your problem or deserving to get serious service free of cost..
Don't try to blame the experts. Unless you are able convince the experts about the existence of some real problem, you can't expect any solution merely on the basis of your own tit bits or riddles. Experts can provide you solution, provided you are honest with them. You can't compel any expert to solve your vague riddles.
