Pf withdrawal without any interference of employer

Hi,
i am n employee worked for a company only for 3 months and absconded due to personal issue and could not serve the notice.i came to know that even if we have worked only for 3 months we can claim for pf..now when am contacting my Hr they aren't responding please let me know how to claim my pf without taking any signature or approval from them.also i don't have any details such as pf no or UAN NO.
please let me know the details.

If employee has submitted resignation then employee has severed the relationship.
Employee should keep copy of notice/resignation, proof of dispatch,delivery.
If notice period has not been served and there is provision of notice pay in lieu of notice period for employer/employee then employer/employee may adjust it FnF.
For 3 months of service the notice period may not be necessarily applicable.
Ask PF number from designated person in HR or good offices of appointing authority, MD, in writing under proper acknowledgment.

Better take help of the EPF office, if any subscription has been sent by the employer to that office.

If you have salary slips/evidence showing PF deduction you can attach it with representation to employer,EPFO.

Do standing orders (Model/certified) apply?
Due to such a long absence (unauthorized) employer must have issued communique/notice/SCN and terminated.
