Isn't good to ask it simple translation in Kannada from your lawyer who contested for you or you can also get it understand by way of help of some local lawyer.

In nutshell, the plaintiff has been found entitled to only 1/20th share instead of 1/5 as claimed by her in the properties left by her father deeming that all were inherited to him from his father.

Dear Anonymous (Mr. or Ms.?)

Please find attached the decision in simpler terms.

The decision of the High Court of Karnataka is erroneous. It is a fit case for appeal to the Supreme Court. It is not known whether any appeal was preferred by the defendants.

Dear Ramachandran sir, Thanks for your detailed replay, People wish to go court but each case take very long period of time, & Law also not very clear, at Lower Court will give some verdict & then there are few appeals and High court finally It go to Supreme Court, By the time old aged and use use.. : if we wish to have a faith on the Legal system we should have clear transparent laws and should not be complicating the issues, & also cases to be finished with targeted time. Thanks for your guidance and time.
