Plaintiff wants the suit to be reheard

(Querist) 08 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir,

In one property suit in which the property was to be sold to the plaintiff they did not purchase the premises on predecided terms and when the defendant /owner of the property cancelled the deal the plaintiff/buyer filed suit.

The suit is kept for judgement as the whole procedure is completed. The Hon.Judge is not delivering the judgement which as per the Advocate of defendant is in favour of defendant. The plaintiff wants to have the suit reheard again.

The question is can the suit which is for Judgement reheard again and if not what can the Defendant/owner do to get the judgement at the earliest

Your valuable opinion would be highly appreciated.

ThANKING YOU IN ADVANCE.

The case cannot be reheard as per sweet will of either of the parties. The judgment has to be deleivered within days so better to orally remind the ocurt.
