Respected Sir / Madam,
I request you to kindly let me know about this sentence enclosed in bracket
{A transitory body under the name of SHANKARA AGRAHARAM has been registered as a partnership firm to facilitate the entire process of land acquisition from land lords, conversion to institutional use, approvals for lay out, transfer of title to the Trust, receipt of applications, registration of plots to individual members, etc. The firm comprises only of the initial Trustees and shall automatically be dissolved after completion of transfer of titles and land registration on a zero profit basis.}
The Trust name is SANATHANA DHARMA PARIRAKSHNA TRUST, is a public charitable trust registered under Indian Trusts Act at Sringeri, Karnataka, with the objective to Preserve, protect, propagate and strengthen Sanathana Dharma
my doubt is why only initial trustees for SHANKARA AGRAHARAM & why it need to be dissolved after PLot registrations to its applicants.

The reply of your question cannot be given by experts because the provision you asked has not been framed by them. It shall be better to ask this to the framers, however, it is confirmed to you that this provision can be changed by passing a valid resolution if it is against the constitution of the Trust concerned.

It appears that the trust was formed for a particular purpose and after the completion of the said purpose, the trust is desolved.

It seems to me that the original trustees never wanted the trust to continue after the transfer of the titles.
