Sir,
I want to know that if I go for higher court in my 125 case , if any arrer should i pay first ???
as i mentioned my total arrers for the 4 yr is 7.2 lac rupees and if i go to higher appeal what will be situation ???
My case is in gujarat ...
the order from the date of application , and at that period from the case startig my salary was 18000/ = and after 2 yrs. 22000/= and present when my cross xamine done in 125 case i mentioned 25000 p.m.
my wife salary 5300/= p.m.
sir, i i dont have that much of money ??? can i go to the higher court??

If you do not go to file revision ,the order shall become final for ever and you would be liable to pay as per terms of the order.
There in revision you can pray for stay of the order offering to pay for current months as per order of revisional court .

yes you should go for revision in the Sessions Court.

your salry has increased from Rs 18,000to Rs 25,000 yet you did not comply with orders of court for payment of mintenance . you should have fgone in revision immediatedly on passing of otder rather than wait for arrears to mount .
you are lucky your wife didnt go in for execution of order or you would have been cooling your heels in jail . file revision immediatedly and keep money handy to comply with any orders passed by court

my order about the maintenance is released on 7.09.2012 firday....
what will be the time limit to go to higher court?
if higher cour ask to pay the arrers, will it give me time limit ?
what should i do ???

obtain copy of order and file revision immediatedly . court will grant you some time to pay arrears .
make arrangements for payment
