Respected Sir/Mam
I was working in a CA Firm.
No Problem was there.
But I quit the job intimating
My Boss 15 days prior when I left the job. My 17500 rs. Was pending that time.
I Call to my boss periodically
Email also msg also in a very politally manner
But he is not answering me
Not pick my call
Once I went to office but he was not there.

What should I do
I having many financial crisis
It is my blood money (Meri mehnat ki kamai) I cant leave it

You first send him a legal notice. It should see the result. If not, then file civil suit for recovery of money.

Legal process is lengthy and costly, it may bring results in 3-4 years and cost may be equal to your claim.

You may try personally. If no result outcome take legal action.

Go personally at least 4 times, & see him. Talk to him and request to pay your amt.

If not , do as Mr. Nadeem / Mr. Barman advised to send Legal Notice.
