I have a property in South Delhi. I purchased it 30years back from the owner who constructed it not according to approved plan. I kept that property let out. Now my tenant is not surrendering the property. As the property is not as per approved plans I want to file a complaint to MCD for Demolition & sealing of that property. Please Tell mewether should i first file RTI & then to MCD or directly to MCD. Please let men know where to file RTI & complaint to MCD. Also let me know that by doing this way can I afterwards get my property unsealed. Is there anyother way as my tenant is notready to give rent as per current values neither he is co-operative & I want him to vaccate my property. What should I do? I need to sell that property as i am in need of urgent money due to emergency

in case you desire to use the property for personal use and you dont own any other property you can make an application for eviction of tenant .sealing of property wuld be counter productive .
any te nant if he is paying peanuts would be reluctant to vacate property . reach a settlement with him

I have another properties at delhi & what he is demanding is huge amount I cannot afford please tell me I am urgent need of thet property & I dont want to use it for my personal use but rent it. Can I as lie that I have personal use & then construct the property & lst it out ?
