My advocate has finally cheated me.He took money from me for amendment for as i resigned from a just newly registered company of which not even bank account is not opened.He spoiled my one month,now my partner is giving him money to quit from my side,so he is now abusing me.
pls advice how do i get out of this partnership as i am not happy with my partner.I want to dissolve company.

You give a legal notice to your partner about your resignation and file a case against the firm for declaring that you have resigned .

You can lodge complaint against the advocate in the Bar Council to which he is affiliated to.
Do so if you have enough proof of his professional misconduct.
