Respected Friends,
Please help me ,
My brother gifted a land to me. The gift deed has been registered. And even I constructed house on that gifted Land.
Everything was alright. After 2 years, my brother was in debt. He want to take a loan, but he has no property to mortgage, So he demanded back that gifted Property, I told him that I have constructed a house on that and I can’t return back to him. So he told me that he will cancel my gift deed.
Will it possible? Can he cancel the gift deed?
Please help me.

Once a gift deed executed for a love and affection it can not cancel until unless there is a clause not mentioned for revocation.

once gift has been made by your brother and it is duly stamped and regd you have become the absolute owner of said land . your brother cannot revoke the said gift deed as per his whims and fancies .
on humanitarian grounds help your brother financially after all he has gifted you land out of love and affection

A gift once made and accepted by donee, can never be got cancelled so exhaust other means.

GIFT is an inter vivos transfer which gets complete forthwith after acceptance by the donee and there after ownership ceases to exist in donor and shifts to vest in donee.
Hence your brother is none to cancel the gift .
