Pls help about HBC.

I want to objection to charge sheet for delete a section, which is not attract, at the HBC stage.
Can I file objection ORAL or In writing ? If in writing in what provision under CrPC ?

What is that you wan to clarify, be specific in your query (?), You cannot object to some section even if they have been wrongly included in a case against you, contest it on merits on the basis of the intended objections.
