dear experts,
a complainant (girl of 13yrs)claims(through her handwritten letters to the accused father) that her parents have forced her to file a false FIR of rape against the accused inorder to exort money and are regularly torchering and beating her. the accused is out on bail. the IO and the complaints parents are hand in gloves and troubling the accused every now and then.
the accused wants to file a private complaint against the police and the complainants parents.
pls suggest the sections applicable n the best way to go about it

fighjtc ase of rape on merits . dont waste your time and money in filing further complaints . it will further antagonise the complainant parents
