Normally the legal dictum is"Delegatus non potest delegare". It means Power once delegated cannot be further delegated. A power agent cannot delegate his powers to any other person. it will not be in accordance with law.

Perfectly explained by Mr. Subramaniam. In a Power of Attorney , the Attorney holder is a mere user of the power to extent vested on it.He cannot have any authority to redelegate the power to anybody.
