POA given by Lanlord to his son

Respected Sir,

POA was given by Land Lord to his son to receive the rent on behalf Lanlord on Rs 100/- stamp paper, notarised. whether registration is necessary under registration act in such case Whether POA has to be registered
1) Landlord has given right to receive the rent ob behalf of himself to his father
or what is the leaal postion in maharashtra
2) POA was given by Son to Father

your are following the procedure is correct, if more than 50 thousand rupees get rental then only registration compulsary otherwise if you facing the case the court may order to registration penalty fees collected

For collection of rent no POA needed between father and son.

In such a case, registartion of the power of attorney is not compulsory but optional.
