I need a PCC for running Bed & Breakfast / Homestay from my house as per GOI, Ministry of Tourism (H&R Division), Guidelines for approval & registration of Incredible India Bed & Breakfast / Homestay Establishments
Unfortunately, i had a physical fight with my building caretaker and lodged an FIR on him with the local PS dt 23.11.15. Even he did the same and now we are both out on bail. The Police have put cases IPC 323/ 341/506 on each of us.
Can i apply for PCC and if i do so, will i get it considering that there is a pending case on me as above. However, the police have not yet filed chargesheet and i have not yet been summoned by the Bankshall Court

In the background of your present situation, you may better compromise with the caretaker and both withdraw each other's case by a compromise settlement so that the police verification report may not become adverse to your present issue.
