My brother's stole my mother's jewelry and also forcefully beat me.
I went to Police station to write a complaint but they want proof of its existence or bill.
What can I do?

You only have to decide about producing the proof of existence of the jewels that your brother has stolen or your mother can give a complaint directly narrating the circumstances by which the theft had taken place.

It was your mother's jewels, it is she who has to give a complaint against the theft of her valuables, if you have the details of the stolen articles and you can file a civil suit for partition to claim your rightful share in the allegedly stolen articles

You can file a complaint against your brother in the police station and if they do not respond send it directly by registered post to the SP of Police of your district. You and the other legal heirs if any have an equal share over the immovable or movable properties of your parents, so file partition suit in court.

The posting suggests deeper issues. Please post complete facts.
Your earlier queries inform that there is a lingering dispute among the brothers as to inheritance. You are, I am afraid, trying to mislead this platform by tweaking the facts.

You are narrating facts in pieces.
Earlier you did not mention that issue is four years old.
You also did not mention that mother is dead by now.
