File a petition under section 156(30 crpc before the Magistrate for directing the Police to investigate on that line of charges.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 04 December 2011
You can go for a private complaint to prove your case.

Normally the police is not taking a case against the defacto complainant, until and unless some serious error is committed by him.
K S GOSWAMI, Advocate (Expert) 04 December 2011
If police does not initiate action against the de-facto complainant under section 182 and 211 of IPC, and simply reported the case as mistake of facts and not false before the court to save the de - facto complainant, file an application before the Magistrate concerned for considering the investigation-report and if you satisfy the Magistrate that the de-facto complainant had intentionally, willfully and knowingly given false information to the police to cause harm/injury to you,the Magistrate may take cognizance of the offence u/s 182/193 IPC.

Wait a minute experts.

How can police initiate action u/s 211, when it is the sole domain of the court.

Also no case u/s 156(3) can be lodged for the same.

The remedy for police officer not taking action u/s 182 can be in complaining to his superior and nothing more.
