Sir, my friend was riding without wearing helmet, he was caught and police spot fined rs.500 he paid and they let him go. Will that fine affect him for joining government job and police verification report?
And in police attestation form they asked have you ever paid fine under court of law? What should he say - yes or no?

Same author has posted same query on 25th May 2021 and 01st June 2021.
Repetition of same query time and again shall not change opinion and obligation of experts, which is absurd and ridiculous.
If you are not satisfied with the obligation of experts, which is FREE OF COST, it will be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for analyses of facts/ documents and professional advise .

f you happen to commit this mistake of driving without a helmet you will be immediately charged with a fine of Rs.1000/-. Not only this, the officials of the Motor Vehicle Department can disqualify your driving license for three months.
However you Clear the dues, take the receipt and you are free.
This is petty offence not involving any big crime hence the police will not reflect this in their verification report when a verification about your character and antecedents ios sought by your employer at the time of joining the job.
You can write No to the column asking for fine paid.
