Polish officers living in pvt. colonies

Sir/Madam

I live in an HIG flats in an apptt. of Rohini Delhi having 540 flats.Out of these 540 flats,25 plots are purchased by Delhi Polish Deptt. Delhi Polish alloted these flat to Inspector rank officials on HRA basis.

Unfortunately a Delhi Polish inspector live in a flat just above my flat.This Inspector create a lot of problems to my in one way or other.
Pl. guide me how to handle this problem as I belong to Teaching community having no contacts.

Specify problems first.
If there is nuisance then file case u/s 133 crpc for its removal.
