Poor lady needs help, hand to mouth pls guide

there is a poor lady whose husband died 10yrs back he was working in kirloskar company, he died on duty, this poor lady didnt get any pension since so, can any thing be done...she is in a vey bad state, no income, she ask for food from people and one of her daughter is mentally disturbed....the other two dont even come to see her....pls if you can help this poor lady....u can mail me at francis.santamaria76@gmail.com
do u need to be epfo member and if not will u still get pf...

whether her husband was EPFO subscriber?

She should approach company for terminal dues and EPFO benefits if applicable.

if a WORKMAN, ASK HER TO GO TO EMPLOYEES UNION. THEY WILL DO THE NEEDFUL,
CAN ALSO APPROACH PRO WELFARE OF PERS DEPT OF THAT COMPANY

kirloskar company IS VERY OLD REPUTED COMPANY , SO WILL NOT IGNORE HER..
