Dear sir,
I have purchased a house (Property) from B, Who is the owner of the property by sale deed from A. As originally A has given sale deed to B and B pledge the property for Mortgage loan. But A was not paying the loan. At that time to settle the loan B sold the property to me and paid the remaining loan from the bank and released the docments to me. But now A is residing in the property not moving out of the property. What B is also co-operative but i dont know what to do. Kindly help me and suggest me. And if please help me a good lawyer in Trichy to advice me.

how could you have made full payment without getting vacant posession of house?
you must have purchased it at below market price . now settle with A pay him some money to vacate or fight for years in court

When you made sale agreement with B, he was not absolute owner of the property so it was your duty not to purchase such property which is disputed one. Once A is found in the possession of the property, you need to settle with him or file a suit for possession which shll take years and years in the court.

Is it possible to file a criminal complaint against A for not letting the property to the rightful owner as per the deed.
