Possession in brother share of property

Respected sir/madam
my question is about my friend's family.
my friend's father has 4 brother. last year my friend's father has died due to heart attack.A house which name of his father according to will but his uncle(brother of his father) stay in house which is name of his father since 10 years.so then my friend demand the house from his uncle but uncle refused and produced duplicate will(prepared by uncle) and he does not vacant the house.

pls suggest me what the legal remedies available for this cheating and how i will prove that will is duplicate?

Ask your friend to apply for Probate of his Will. In the meantime he can file a declaratory suit to claim his title in the house.
