possession of property

AT present i stay with my mother at one home. it is in possession of me and my mother.

This property is in the name of My mother and brother.

I want to prove that this property is in our possession not in my brother, so how it is prove in court ?

From your affidavit, neighbors affidavits, address in your documents etc.

Documents like Ration Card, Passport, etc, where you are shown as reisding in the address where you stay.

Also Produce Brother's residence address and proof.

Even if u prove that u are staying in the property along with ur mother, u cannot claim any rights in the property.
