Can I keep pots with plants inside my balcony, is it allowed as per cooperative society bylaws?

It is always advisable to obtain permission from the president of the association before you try to keep them so you will be safe about it

Taking permission is one thing and importantly you should ensure no water from your pots falls on the balcony of flats lower to your apartment.
