Sir/ Madam,
I am junior advocate and my client want to make power of attorney of his mother to him for sell of flat due to illness of mother by paralysis and she is unable to attend the Sub-Registrar office whether the power of attorney can be notorious before notary. on Rs. 500. stamp paper

No, a Power of attorney for sale of property cannot be notarised, it has to be registered, however in view of the immobility of the principal an application to the concerned Sub Registrar can be made requesting for home visit for which you need to pay a small fee. The SRO will visit the person and register the document.
