Plaintiff filed a suit for injunction against defendant No: 1 and 2 along with the name of a third person as a PA holder of the defendants. Now the third person says I am not the PA holder of the defendants and hence the defendants are at liberty to contest their dispute.
Whether the plaintiff can compel the third person to appear before the court as a P A holder of defendants ?

Dear Mr. basavaraj shiromani
what is the need? you can't compel poa to appear as he already said that agency terminated. you need to get relief against defendant no.1 and 2.
