What is the Diff between General Power of Attorney and Special Power of Attorney???

A Special power of attorney is limited to one specified act or type of act.
A general POA and covers a much larger set of acts and whatever it defines as its scope is what a court will enforce as being its scope. GPA authorizes the holder to do whatever is necessary.
