(Querist) 10 June 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

I am married and I have transferred my property to wife's name for some personal reason, now I want that property back on my name or my wife will give power of attorney to me. will this agreement strong enough to be sell or manage the property with this kind of power of attorney.
pls note my name as in the agreement vinod Kishore yadav. the property have been sold to my wife name as kavita Krishna rathod (Krishna is middle name of her father & surname is rathod) my surname is different, please explain or send the proper power of attorney format for the said surname YADAV.
I don't want buy the same property from her, this as will waste of money for stamp duty & registration.

If she obey you [if for poa] , sell it and let her sign sale deed.

If you have to sale the property immediately then you POA is sufficient but if you have to retain the property with you then gift deed is the best option.
