Power of attorney

Presently I reside in Kuwait and have booked one apartment in Bangalore which is under construction. Is it legally possible to execute a general power of attorney favouring my daughter when I visit Bangalore personally to do the registration etc on my behalf? Or is it mandatory that the
power of attorney should be executed in Kuwait itself through the Embassy of Kuwait. This is in case if I am not able to come to Bangalore at the
time of registration. I am planning to visit Bangalore shortly and would like to execute a general power of attorney favouring my daughter during that time. Please enlighten me.

yes, u can execute GPA in favour of ur daughter at bangalore.

You can get the POA executed at the time of your visit to bangalore or in case you could not visit then you can also execute such POA and get it authenticated through the embassy in kuwait.

Better contact the builder and get registration done when you are in banglore .

See builder fool client telling booking etc. fact is that proper agreement of sale have to be done and registration & stamp duty paid.

See I understand builders to have problem people don't pay money etc so they do such trick of not registering flats etc. in that case better take that builder into confidence and show funds that you have and you will pay in time and tell him to register the agreement first.
